Thank you for your interest in our child care services! In order to enroll your kid, please read below the 4-step registration process and let us know if you have any questions. We at Jiboia Daycare will be thrilled to have your child or children with us.

We do NOT offer child care services for infants, but we welcome toddlers, preschoolers, and school age kids!

The process

BOOK AN INTERVIEW AND TAKE A TOUR

Please call or e-mail us to book an interview and a tour around our daycare. Usually these appointments take place on weekdays after 6pm. Both parents/guardians and the child are encouraged to attend this interview.

FOLLOW UP

A few days after the interview, we will contact you to confirm your interest in our daycare, and to let you know if there are any spots available for your child at that moment or in the near future.
If a spot is immediately available, or it will be available soon, proceed to step 3.

SECURE YOUR CHILD'S SPOT

Once you have decided to enroll your child, it's time to secure his/her spot. Whether your kid is starting right away or will be on a waiting list, a deposit will be required to secure the spot. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your first month’s fee.
Once the deposit is made, and the spot is open, you can start the registration process described on step 4.

REGISTER

When the registration time comes, the documents and forms available on this website must be downloaded, filled out, signed by both parents/guardians and handed out or mailed to the caregiver.
Registration is not complete, and care will not commence until all the paper work is done. Prior to the start date of care the following must be received for each child: Registration Form, Parent/Caregiver Contract, Emergency Card and Medication Schedule (if your child needs one).

Note: Once you have registered your child and he/she is attending our daycare, there will be a 2-week probationary period (according to the contract you signed). After these 2 weeks, parents will need to fill out and sign some other forms and a contract from the SK government to start receiving the SK grants/subsidies.

0 to 18 months, or 0 to 1 year and a half old. Please note that we do NOT offer child care services for infants.

Toddlers

18-19 months to 30 months, or 1 year and a half old to 2 years and a half old

Preschoolers

31 months to 72 months, or 2 years and a half old to 6 years old

School Age Kids

7 to 13 years old children

Our full-time schedule starts at 7:30am and goes until 5:30pm.

Drop in

We are open for DROP-IN everyday from 7:30am until 5:30pm, BUT we need at least a 12-hour advance phone call to book it. No exceptions!

Important information about FEES:

• Please note that all FEES above are in FULL, before government grants/subsidies are applied.
• All monthly fees will be paid on the 1st day of each month in advance, and Drop-in fees are payable per occurrence.
• Late pickup fee of $15 for every hour will be added to next monthly payment.
• At least 30-day notice will be given to parents prior to any fee increase.
• Fees will not be pro-rated.

PARENT FEE GRANT FROM SASK GOVERNMENT

For parents receiving the Parent Grant from the Government of Saskatchewan, part-time, weekly, and hourly fees are no longer available options.
If you are receiving the Parent Grant, and your child (under 6 years old) is enrolled 10 or more days per month at Jiboia Daycare, you will be charged a full- time fee of $217.50 per month. And parents with children (under 6 years old) enrolled fewer than 10 days per month will be charged a daily fee of $10 per day whether the child is enrolled for a full day or a partial day.
